An ESADE Business School graduate, Aurelle couples the best university training with the savoir-faire of the Aubert family. She fondly leads the global management of our dream team and our projects. Driven by an unstoppable will to improve both our day-to-day business as our society, she is responsible for constantly redefining the mission of AAA. The company is more and more socially conscious, engaged in refurbishment and sustainable building projects and collaborating with causes that we are passionate about, such as ASHOKA.

With a degree in Business Administration and after 8 years of experience in a leading real estate consultancy in Barcelona, Bruno joins AAA as a partner to be in charge of finding the best investment opportunities. His enthusiasm and his positivity make him the best travel companion.

With a degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, she completed her training in Paris and has two postgraduate degrees. Trained architect and environmentalist at heart, Cristina is responsible for overseeing all works in progress, both in terms of technical detalles and budget. She also leads some of the Made in AAA projects seeking the utmost energy efficiency and sustainability. As a modern woman, she is demanding in her professional and personal life. Working with Cristina makes us a better company.

With extensive experience as a executive secretary in Switzerland and after being assistant to the financial management of a major automobile firm, Marta joins AAA to take charge of all matters that require maximum organization and administrative control. Her huge smile is contagious and her wonderful poetry has stolen our hearts.

After 17 years in the world of banking, Helena joined the AAA team to manage all the financial operations of our business group and take care of our relations with all partner financial institutions. Methodical and organised, Helena boasts extensive professional experience. She is the mother of three adorable troublemakers. Working with her is a real treat thanks to that great smile, to be expected from anyone in the AAA family, of course.

María is a lawyer specialized in the real estate sector, and after serving several years to companies of great relevance in the market, she was recruited by AAA to resolve any issue that requires the best legal advice. She is our specialist in lost corners of the Balearic Islands.

After many years as a sales specialist in one of the most relevant international consulting firms, Maite is in charge of acting as host of the brand to all the buyers to whom we have had the pleasure of selling a home. Be careful with her partying. She knocks you down.

Graduated at the Polytechnic University of Milano, she expanded her experience in Barcelona in 2016, completing a master’s degree in Archeology and Scenography and working together with Cristina on various projects. In 2019 she returns to Barcelona to continue developing her profession as an architect at AAA, with whom she shares her passion for work and (from time to time) donuts in the middle of the afternoon. In our team Chiara takes care of her own architectural projects, drawing basic and executive projects, as well as supervising the works in progress. It is a pleasure to have her in the team, her smile spreads easily and her piemontese good taste makes us a little better!
